So you want to be sponsored by EasyStreet?
First let me say thanks for your interest in our EasyStreet
product line.
We receive tons of requests daily regarding sponsorships.
We do appreciate the fact that we are your preferred
suspension manufacturer, but unfortunately we cannot
sponsor everyone! Please take a minute to read through
our guidelines for sponsoring vehicles. This may help
you with your other manufactures as well!
How to become a Project Partner:
• Submit a proposal! This needs to be a selling
tool of why we should invest the money required to sponsor
you!
• List your previous projects, and there successes.
This does not necessarily mean how many trophies you
have won.
• Letters from media contacts showing intent for
photo shoots, tech articles, or other media opportunities.
• Professional renderings. We need to see your
vision as clearly as you do.
• Your history. Rarely do we sponsor a car only.
In this industry, your personality is as important as
your vehicle or skills. We all know the guy who has
the greatest car, but no one wants to talk to him….
• Do supply us with references of past project
partners including contact information.
• Do fill out our product request form.
• Do send: money, cookies, t-shirts, hats, or
any other gifts you feel the EasyStreet team would enjoy!
Ok so that is a little far fetched, just making sure
you are still reading along…..
What we turn down:
• No E-mails asking “do you Sponsor?”
The people who come across as wanting something for
nothing need not apply!
• Do not send the “generic” E-mail
to us and 20 others hoping that one will bite. As sponsorships
are a big investment for us we take it very serious.
• Do not send any proposal hand written on a napkin,
make it professional.
• Please don’t tell us you have the “best
show car”, we have heard that before as well.
Remember, the suspension system you are requesting
sell between 2200-3500 dollars. Put yourself in our
shoes. Look at it like a job interview; you are trying
to sell yourself and your project to us!
Ok so now that you have made it through Sponsorships
Proposals 101, we will outline our program:
• The Air Lift Co. will provide 100% sponsorships
to media outlets and our preferred builders.
• Full sponsorships may also be given to anyone
who is developing a tech article installing one of our
systems. In this case you qualify for our 50% off retail
program. You will purchase the system at 50% off retail
and then receive full credit once the article appears
in a magazine.
• If you are a consumer and not doing a tech
article you may also qualify for our 50% off retail
deal if the vehicle meets our criteria. Please see guidelines
above.
• We require a logo placed on the vehicle at
least 2” x6” if you need help with the graphics
we can supply them.
• If your club and or team would like to be sponsored,
we give 15% discounts for group purchases. Please contact
for details.
• We require quarterly follow ups outlining your
accomplishments during the show season.
• We also require that your vehicle be available
for any local shows we may be attending in your area.
